My work of creation is a poetic and political individual act that I have chosen to focus on the political, social and ecological stakes of today’s society by appealing to emotion to challenge the public.
My work is resolutely multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary. It leads me to imagine and implement artistic and environmental experiments of multi-form nature based on land art, design, animated image, still image, graffiti, inverted graffiti.
I chose Land Art to establish a dialogue with nature beautiful, strange, menacing, threatened. When I run through it, I go to the source, I re [source], it speaks to me, I borrow its elements to create. I just leave an imprint the time of a conversation with nature. The public becomes the attentive audience of a dialogue without words, just the poetry of the elements is felt.
Nature was a central element in my life. It is in a natural and obvious way that nature has become my favorite theme, my source of inspiration, my space for experimentation, my materials as a subject and a place for experiments, to question the links that man has with Its environment.
My life in Reunion, both an island of intense nature and a very urbanized island, nourished my territories of exploration of the link between man and nature and also opened a new window in my reflection: the meeting of nature And the urban.
THE NAURE IS MY CITY, this dual notion of “nature and urbanism” fuels my reflection on an urban land art. And nourishes my recent work.
